Reservation Policy

Official Rate Terms       

Payment policy:              

• 50% at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid 30 days prior the arrival day

Cancellation policy:       

• Up to 60 Days Before the arrival day: booking modifications or cancellation without charges.
• 59 Days to 30 Days prior arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged as cancellation fee.
• 29 to 0 Days prior arrival cancelation or non show or early departure : the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Non – Refundable Rate (10% discount) Terms

Payment policy:

• 100% at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

• In case of Cancellation, non show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Early Booking Rates  (5% discount) Terms

• Valid only until 30/04/2024

*Non-Refundable and Early booking rates can be combined

General terms

• Prices per night
• 5 days minimum stay
• Minimum Advance Reservation 1 day
• Security deposit  2.000,00 Euro
• The departure day is considered turn over/ cleaning day

• Villa Concierge available on phone 24/7 to assist you
• Daily Pool and Spa testing and cleaning
• Twice a week housekeeping (flexible hours based on guests’ needs)
• Twice a week linen/towel change
• WiFi available in all areas
• Crib and high chair free of charge, upon request
